Anyone know a good site for standalone yoga poses for toning/flexibility, like an instructional site that lets you mix and match to build your own routine? I've tried using DVDs in the past, but I just don't find them particularly useful. Either there's a lot of time-wasting fluff, or there are certain groups of moves that flow into one another where one is ridiculously difficult and my inability to do it well/at all screws up the rhythm of things.
